Liberty Mutual
Extending the look and feel we created for the growing Group Markets arm of Liberty Mutual, we were asked to develop a flexible, friendly yet effective task-focused website design to increase the number of online client-initiated claims. Creating fresh, strong brands within a brand is a design challenge we embrace.
A collateral system for the Personal Markets team was developed to stand out among other insurers’ materials. The components include a family of brochures, data sheets, and safety guides that fit together easily, yet each has stand-alone appeal. The kit, submitted to the Insurance Marketing and Communications Association (IMCA) awards competition by the client, won best in show in its category.
