The Forsyth Institute
Branding / Identity / Website / Print
The Forsyth Institute is a vanguard in the field of dental research. As an independent research institute, Forsyth scientists have demonstrated distinct connections between oral diseases and health challenges like heart disease, diabetes, and even certain cancers. They are currently also tackling global infectious diseases like tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS.
In 2012, the Forsyth Institute commissioned Stoltze Design, in partnership with Hopewell, to conduct a rebranding process. The initiative was intended to develop and launch a new approach to marketing and fundraising communications, in response to a growing need to compete effectively for partners, funding, and philanthropic support.
We recommended that communications about Forsyth draw from a new interpretation of its core strength: the drive to apply the best medical and scientific knowledge to oral health practices globally, while actively expanding the boundaries of that knowledge. This is summarized as—Forsyth: Pioneering discoveries, profound change.
Following the rebrand, Stoltze was engaged to build a new website. Working with Knectar for the Drupal programming, the site is designed to be fully responsive and easily maintained.
