The Girard is a 150-unit residence in Boston’s vibrant South End. The building embodies the 20th-century’s most renowned design philosophies, and acts as a showcase for stellar local artists.
Stoltze was engaged to drive all aspects of the property’s brand. We partnered with Libretto to develop a name and messaging, and worked with the developer and architect to thread the identity throughout the building. The interiors are rich with innovative brand applications, including custom wallpaper, modular wayfinding, and a pink neon sign in the lobby.
Inventive use of materials and printing techniques in the marketing materials reflect the attention to detail that defines the building. The responsive website pairs brand elements with renderings and commissioned photography of the neighborhood to paint a picture of the property well before it was complete.
